On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Shall I not inform you of that by which Allah wipes away sins and raises ranks? Perfecting ablution despite hardship, walking to the mosques, and waiting for one prayer after another. (Sahih Muslim, no. 251)
