General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
These general conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the company NTD and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) making the purchase of products or services offered on the site www.notetonilm.com
ARTICLE 1 – Identification of the company
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are applicable to all sales made by the company NTD, a sole proprietorship registered under the number SIRET 9299087700019, and whose registered office is located at 17B Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 69150 Decines.

ARTICLE 2 – Products and Services
NTD offers a board game for sale. The product is described in detail on the website, in particular with regard to its main characteristics, price, and delivery terms.
Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.

Orders are placed directly on the website of www.notetonilm.com . To place an order, the customer must add the desired product to his basket, then follow the online ordering process until confirmation and payment.
The order is deemed to be validated once the payment has been made. No additional validation by Note ton ‘Ilm is required for the completion of the order.
Any order placed on the site www.notetonilm.com constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer receives an e-mail confirming his order to the email address provided during the purchase. RATE YOUR ILM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer in the event of a dispute relating to a previous order.
ARTICLE 5 – Payment methods
Orders are paid by credit card via a secure platform, PayPal or any other payment method available on the website. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.
ARTICLE 6 – Delivery
The products purchased on RATE YOUR ILM are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. RATE YOUR ILM undertakes to ship orders as soon as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to third parties (postal services, carriers, etc.).
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, customers have a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform NTD of his decision to withdraw by sending an email to contact@notetonilm.com. The product must be returned to NTD, at the customer’s expense, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
In the event of withdrawal, NTD undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
ARTICLE 8 - RESPONSIBILITIES
NTD cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product meets his needs and to make appropriate use of it.
NTD undertakes to describe the products sold on the site with the greatest accuracy. However, in the event of an error or omission in the product description, NTD cannot be held responsible.
Furthermore, NTD cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibilities of delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or carrier failures.
ARTICLE 9 - PERSONAL DATA
NTD is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. The information gathered during the ordering process is necessary for order management and business relationship.
In accordance with the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978 amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of data concerning him. He can exercise this right by sending an email to contact@notetonilm.com.
The personal data of the customers will not be sold or shared with third parties, unless this is necessary for the proper execution of the order (delivery, payment).
