From Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet ﷺ said: Modesty is part of faith, and faith is in Paradise. Obscenity is part of baseness, and baseness is in the Fire. Reported by al-Tirmidhi in his Sunan, no. 2009, who graded it authentic; also authenticated by Shaykh al-Albani in his verification of Sunan al-Tirmidhi.
