Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I like to adorn myself for my wife, just as I like her to adorn herself for me. (Reported by Ibn Abi Shaybah in his Musannaf, no. 20404, and authenticated by Shaykh al-Shathri in his critical edition, vol. 10, p. 505.)
