Sins 1 – Q5

According to Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet ﷺ said that when a believer commits a sin, a black spot appears on his heart. If he repents and seeks forgiveness, it is erased; but if he persists, it grows until it covers his heart. This is the rust mentioned in the verse: Not at all; rather, what they have done has covered their hearts. (Surah Al-Mutaffifin, 83:14; reported by At-Tirmidhi, no. 3334).
