Divorce – Q4

« L’épouse de Thabit Ibn Qays vint auprès du Prophète ﷺ et dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, je n’ai rien à reprocher à Thabit concernant sa religion ou son caractère, mais je crains l’ingratitude en Islam. » Le Prophète ﷺ lui dit : « Veux-tu lui rendre son jardin (la dot) ? » Elle répondit : « Oui. » Alors, le Prophète ﷺ dit à Thabit : « Accepte le jardin et divorce-la. » » (Rapporté par Boukhari, 5273)
